GI-TOC Internal Support System

GI-TOC endeavours to be a supportive employer. An active and preventative triaged internal support system has been put in place a couple of years ago.

If you have a work related problem and need help,  your first point of contact should always be your supervisors. Everyone has been assigned two supervisors and in 99% of the case they should be able to help you.

If for any reason you don’t want to or you can’t talk to you your supervisors, you can also get in touch  with the Director of Human Resources, Monique de Graaff.

Together we can work to address and/or solve the issue and determine next steps.

If you can’t reach out to either your supervisors or the HR Director, you can also speak to the leadership team.

In addition to the internal support system, GI-TOC has also initiated two programmes to bolster the resilience of the team and to support professional development.
