A new e-mail address has been created to centralise travel-related communication and improve coordination.
Travel Requests
All travel requests must be approved by the primary supervisor.
If Mark or Tuesday is the primary supervisor, the request should be sent to the above address, including them in cc.
Travel requests should include the following details:
- Purpose of travel (when, where, and why)
- Relevant budget line and confirmation that funds are available
- Who is covering the costs
Travel Report Backs
All travel reports should be submitted to the same e-mail address.
These must be submitted by any staff member when the travel includes key engagements, and are particularly important when Mark or Tuesday is the primary supervisor.
Report-backs are required to include the following informtion :
- Engagements with high-level stakeholders (e.g. senior government officials, donors, multilateral partners)
- Activities that are relevant across multiple teams or to the wider region
- Meetings or findings that may inform strategic direction, partnership opportunities, or thematic programming
